Staffing Coordinator

You will ensure proper staffing levels and work closely with the Human Resources team to recruit, train, evaluate, and manage all personnel. This is a highly visible and customer-facing role in which you will need to demonstrate excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.The ideal candidate for this position will have a minimum of 5 years of staffing coordination experience, preferably in a healthcare setting, and a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field. Experience with scheduling software and a strong understanding of labor laws and regulations are also beneficial. Above all, you must be an enthusiastic team player who is passionate about providing excellent customer service.
