1. Provide exceptional patient care: As a Registered Nurse on our Med Surg team, your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional care to our patients. This includes administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and providing treatments as ordered by the physician.

7. Act as a patient advocate: You will act as a patient advocate, ensuring that their rights and preferences are respected and that they receive the best possible care. This may involve communicating with the patient and their family, addressing any concerns or questions they may have, and advocating for their needs.
