Respiratory Therapy Manager

You will have strong organizational and communication skills and the ability to motivate and inspire your team to provide the highest level of care. Other requirements include a valid state license as a Respiratory Care Practitioner and a current certification in Basic Life Support. Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the respiratory therapy department.
2. Mentor and motivate a team of respiratory therapists to provide excellent patient care.
3. Ensure that all respiratory therapy staff is compliant with current regulations and standards of practice.
4. Manage the scheduling of staff and resources to ensure efficient and effective care.
5. Monitor department performance and quality assurance standards.
6. Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure quality patient care.
7. Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
8. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
9. Evaluate new equipment and technology to ensure best practices.
10. Maintain budget, supplies, and equipment.
