  4. Monitor and record patients' responses to therapy, adjusting treatment plans as needed.
  5. Educate patients and their families on respiratory conditions, treatments, and self-care techniques.
  6. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and policies related to respiratory therapy.
  7. Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient care and progress.
  8. Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to the development of patient care plans.
  9. Stay up-to-date with advancements in respiratory therapy techniques and equipment.
  10. Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to infection control and safety protocols.
  11. Provide emotional support and reassurance to patients and their families during difficult times.
  12. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and efficient care.
  13. Adhere to ethical and professional standards of conduct at all times.
  14. Attend continuing education and training programs to maintain and enhance skills and knowledge.
  15. Demonstrate a commitment to quality improvement and contribute to the implementation of best practices.

Job Qualifications
  • Bls And Acls Certifications From The American Heart Association.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Respiratory Therapy Or Related Field From An Accredited Institution.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience As A Respiratory Therapist In A Hospital Or Healthcare Setting.

  • Active And Unrestricted Respiratory Therapist (Rt) License In The State Of Employment.

  • Strong Communication And Critical Thinking Skills, With The Ability To Work Well In A Fast-Paced And Team-Oriented Environment.
