- Provide high-quality care to patients undergoing various procedures within the Interventional Radiology department.
- Utilize specialized nursing skills to assess, monitor, and manage patient care during procedures.
- Collaborate with other healthcare team members to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patients for any changes in condition and report to the appropriate healthcare providers.
- Educate patients and their families about procedures, treatments, and post-procedure care.
- Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain knowledge of best practices in Interventional Radiology.
- Stay updated on advancements in technology and techniques related to Interventional Radiology.
- Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families during procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Adhere to ethical and legal standards of nursing practice.
- Attend departmental meetings and trainings as required.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
A Valid Rn License In The State Of Practice With At Least 2 Years Of Experience As A Registered Nurse In A Hospital Setting.
Specialized Training And Certification In Interventional Radiology Procedures.
Knowledge And Experience With Advanced Imaging Technologies And Equipment Used In Interventional Radiology.
Strong Critical Thinking And Problem-Solving Skills To Anticipate And Respond To Potential Complications During Procedures.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Collaborate With A Multidisciplinary Team And Provide Compassionate Care To Patients And Their Families.
