  1. Provide compassionate and skilled nursing care to patients undergoing interventional radiology procedures.
  2. Monitor and assess patients' condition and response to treatments, and make necessary adjustments as needed.
  3. Collaborate with the interventional radiology team to plan and implement patient care.
  4. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  5. Educate patients and their families on procedures, medications, and post-procedure care.
  6. Follow all safety protocols and infection control measures to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff.
  7. Document patient care and maintain accurate medical records.
  8. Communicate effectively with physicians, other healthcare professionals, and team members to provide comprehensive care.
  9. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  10. Maintain professional development and stay updated on current nursing practices and procedures.
  11. Adhere to ethical and legal standards of nursing practice.
  12. Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families during difficult procedures.
  13. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
  14. Maintain confidentiality of patient information.
  15. Act as an advocate for patients and their families, ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed.

Job Qualifications
  • Active Registered Nurse (Rn) License In The State Of Employment.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Interventional Radiology Or Critical Care Nursing.

  • Current Basic Life Support (Bls) And Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (Acls) Certifications.

  • Strong Clinical Skills And Knowledge Of Radiology Procedures And Equipment.

  • Ability To Communicate Effectively With Patients, Families, And Interdisciplinary Healthcare Team Members.
