  1. Provide compassionate and high-quality care to patients undergoing dialysis treatment.
  2. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  3. Monitor and assess patients' vital signs, reactions to treatments, and overall condition.
  4. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  5. Educate patients and their families on dialysis procedures, medications, and self-care techniques.
  6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
  7. Follow infection control protocols and maintain a clean and safe environment for patients.
  8. Respond to emergencies and provide immediate medical intervention when necessary.
  9. Communicate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
  10. Act as an advocate for patients and their families, addressing their concerns and needs.
  11. Participate in ongoing training and education to maintain and enhance nursing skills.
  12. Adhere to all healthcare regulations, policies, and procedures.
  13. Collaborate with other healthcare providers and community resources to promote continuity of care.
  14. Maintain confidentiality of patient information and uphold ethical standards.
  15. Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment for colleagues and team members.

Job Qualifications
  • Active Rn License: The Candidate Must Hold A Current And Active Registered Nurse License In The State Where The Job Is Located.

  • Dialysis Experience: The Ideal Candidate Will Have A Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience As A Rn In A Dialysis Setting, With Strong Knowledge Of Dialysis Procedures And Equipment.

  • Bls Certification: The Candidate Must Hold A Current Basic Life Support (Bls) Certification From The American Heart Association.

  • Strong Communication Skills: As A Rn Dialysis, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Communicating With Patients, Their Families, And Other Healthcare Team Members. Strong Communication Skills Are Essential In Providing Quality Care And Establishing Positive Relationships With Patients.

  • Team Player: The Candidate Must Be Able To Work Effectively In A Team Environment, Collaborating With Other Healthcare Professionals And Contributing To A Positive Work Culture. This Includes Being Open To Feedback, Communicating Effectively, And Showing Empathy Towards Patients And Colleagues.
