  1. Provide high-quality, compassionate care to patients and their families.
  2. Utilize strong clinical skills to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
  3. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
  4. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
  5. Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for patients and their families.
  6. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  7. Monitor and document patient progress and response to treatments.
  8. Educate patients and their families on disease management, treatment plans, and self-care.
  9. Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols.
  10. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
  11. Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
  12. Act as an advocate for patients and their families, ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed.
  13. Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.
  14. Follow all policies and procedures of Kindred Healthcare.
  15. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to improve patient outcomes.
  16. Provide emotional support and counseling to patients and their families.
  17. Attend and participate in team meetings and conferences as required.
  18. Serve as a role model for other staff members, demonstrating compassion, empathy, and professionalism.
  19. Adhere to ethical and legal standards of nursing practice.
  20. Continuously strive to improve the quality of care for our patients.

  • Bls Certification

  • Bachelor's Degree In Nursing (Bsn) Or Higher
