Job Qualifications
  • Current Rn License: The Candidate Must Possess An Active And Unrestricted Registered Nurse License In The State Of Employment.

  • Dialysis Experience: Previous Experience Working In A Dialysis Setting Is Preferred, As The Role Requires Specialized Knowledge And Skills In This Area.

  • Bls Certification: The Candidate Must Be Certified In Basic Life Support (Bls) By The American Heart Association Or American Red Cross.

  • Strong Communication Skills: The Candidate Must Possess Excellent Communication Skills, Both Verbal And Written, To Effectively Collaborate With Patients, Families, And Interdisciplinary Healthcare Teams.

  • Attention To Detail: Dialysis Treatment Requires Strict Adherence To Protocols And Procedures, So The Candidate Must Have Strong Attention To Detail And Be Able To Accurately Document Patient Information.
