  6. Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records, including assessments, interventions, and outcomes.
  7. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and monitor for potential side effects.
  8. Monitor and report changes in patient condition to physicians and take appropriate action in emergency situations.
  9. Serve as an advocate for patients and their families, ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed.
  10. Participate in ongoing education and training to maintain and enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
  11. Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment by collaborating with team members and demonstrating a positive attitude.
  12. Maintain confidentiality and privacy of patient information.
  13. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and assist in maintaining compliance with accreditation standards.

Job Qualifications
  • Valid Nursing License: A Registered Nurse At Kindred Healthcare Must Possess An Active And Valid Nursing License In The State Where They Will Be Working. This Ensures That They Have Met The Necessary Education And Training Requirements To Practice Nursing In Their State.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Nursing: Kindred Healthcare Prefers Candidates Who Have Completed A Bachelor Of Science In Nursing (Bsn) Degree. This Degree Provides A More Comprehensive Education And Prepares Nurses For Higher-Level Roles Within The Healthcare Industry.

  • Experience In Acute Or Long-Term Care: Kindred Healthcare Requires Its Registered Nurses To Have Prior Experience Working In An Acute Care Or Long-Term Care Setting. This Ensures That They Have The Necessary Skills And Knowledge To Provide Quality Care To Patients In These Environments.
