Valid Arrt Certification - The Ideal Candidate For This Prn - Radiology Technologist Position Should Possess A Valid Certification From The American Registry Of Radiologic Technologists (Arrt). This Certification Ensures That The Individual Has Met The Necessary Education And Competency Requirements To Perform Radiologic Procedures.
State Licensure - In Addition To The Arrt Certification, The Candidate Should Also Hold A Valid State License To Practice As A Radiology Technologist. This Ensures That The Individual Is Legally Allowed To Perform Radiologic Procedures In The State Where Kindred Healthcare Is Located.
Previous Experience In A Hospital Setting - Kindred Healthcare Is A Hospital-Based Healthcare Organization, So It's Important For The Prn - Radiology Technologist To Have Previous Experience Working In A Hospital Setting. This Will Ensure That The Candidate Is Familiar With Hospital Protocols And Can Seamlessly Integrate Into The Team.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills - As A Prn - Radiology Technologist, The Candidate Will Be Working With A Diverse Group Of Patients And Healthcare Professionals On A Daily Basis.
