Bachelor's Degree In Physical Therapy: A Minimum Of A Bachelor's Degree In Physical Therapy Is Required For A Prn Physical Therapist Position At Kindred Healthcare. This Degree Should Be From An Accredited Program And Demonstrate A Thorough Understanding Of The Principles And Practices Of Physical Therapy.
State Licensure: All Candidates Must Possess A Valid State License To Practice Physical Therapy In The State Where The Kindred Healthcare Facility Is Located. This Ensures That The Therapist Is Qualified And Authorized To Provide Services In The State.
Clinical Experience: A Minimum Of 1-2 Years Of Clinical Experience As A Physical Therapist Is Preferred For A Prn Position At Kindred Healthcare. This Experience Should Include Working With A Diverse Patient Population And Treating A Variety Of Conditions.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As A Prn Physical Therapist, The Candidate Will Work With A Range Of Patients, From Pediatric To Geriatric, As Well As Collaborating With Other Healthcare Professionals. Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills Are Essential To Effectively Provide Care And Work As Part Of A Team.
