Welcome to Kindred Healthcare! We are currently seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team on a PRN (as needed) basis.   1. Provide high-quality physical therapy services to patients on a PRN basis.
  2. Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical abilities and develop individualized treatment plans.
  3. Implement evidence-based treatment techniques to help patients achieve their therapy goals.
  4. Communicate effectively with patients, their families, and other healthcare team members.
  5. Collaborate with other therapists and healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.
  6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
  7. Monitor and track patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
  8. Educate patients and their families on proper techniques and exercises for continued progress.
  9. Adhere to all ethical and legal standards in the provision of physical therapy services.
  10. Continuously strive to improve skills and stay up-to-date with advancements in the field of physical therapy.
  11. Uphold the values and mission of Kindred Healthcare by providing compassionate and patient-centered care.
  12. Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving patient care and outcomes.
  13. Maintain a professional demeanor and positive attitude with patients, families, and colleagues.
  14. Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a safe and clean working environment.
  15. Flexibility to work varied shifts and schedules as needed.

Job Qualifications
  • Cpr Certification

  • Bachelor's Degree In Physical Therapy From An Accredited Program

  • Current State Licensure As A Physical Therapist

  • Minimum Of 1 Year Of Experience In A Clinical Setting

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Work With Patients And Their Families
