
Physical Therapist PRN

- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients based on their specific needs and goals.
- Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to determine the appropriate course of treatment.
- Utilize various physical therapy techniques and modalities to help patients improve their mobility, strength, and overall physical function.
- Monitor and document patient progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as physicians and occupational therapists, to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for patients.
- Educate patients and their families on proper techniques and exercises for continued progress and prevention of future injuries.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all patient care and progress.
- Adhere to all ethical and legal standards of practice in the field of physical therapy.
- Continuously strive for professional development and stay updated on the latest advancements and research in the field of physical therapy.
- Foster a compassionate and supportive environment for patients, promoting their physical and emotional well-being.
- Communicate effectively with patients, their families, and other team members to ensure the highest quality of care.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as federal and state regulations.

Bachelor's Degree In Physical Therapy: Candidates Should Possess A Bachelor's Degree In Physical Therapy From An Accredited Institution.
State-Issued Pt License: A Valid And Current Pt License Is Required To Practice In The State Where The Kindred Healthcare Facility Is Located.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience: Candidates Should Have At Least 2 Years Of Experience Working As A Physical Therapist, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.
Cpr Certification: A Current Cpr Certification Is Required, Preferably From The American Heart Association.
Excellent Communication And Patient Care Skills: A Successful Candidate Should Have Excellent Communication Skills And Be Able To Provide Quality Care To Patients With A Variety Of Conditions.
