  1. Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical abilities and develop individualized treatment plans.
  2. Utilize evidence-based techniques and modalities to improve patients' strength, flexibility, and mobility.
  3. Monitor and document patients' progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
  4. Communicate effectively with patients, their families, and other healthcare team members to provide optimal care.
  5. Educate patients and their families on home exercise programs and injury prevention strategies.
  6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
  7. Adhere to all legal and ethical standards in the provision of healthcare services.
  8. Collaborate with other therapists and healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive and coordinated care.
  9. Stay current with advancements and developments in the field of physical therapy.
  10. Demonstrate compassion, empathy, and professionalism in all interactions with patients and team members.
  11. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.
  12. Adhere to all safety regulations and infection control protocols.
  13. Handle administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments and maintaining equipment.
  14. Continuously evaluate and improve methods and techniques used in treatment.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Physical Therapy: A Minimum Of A Bachelor's Degree In Physical Therapy Is Required To Become A Physical Therapist. This Ensures That The Individual Has A Strong Foundation In The Principles And Practices Of Physical Therapy.
