Completion Of An Accredited Phlebotomy Training Program: A Phlebotomist At Kindred Healthcare Should Have Completed A Formal Training Program From An Accredited Institution To Ensure They Have The Necessary Knowledge And Skills To Perform The Job Effectively.
Certification As A Phlebotomy Technician: Kindred Healthcare May Require Phlebotomists To Hold A Certification From A Recognized Organization Such As The National Healthcareer Association (Nha) Or The American Society For Clinical Pathology (Ascp).
