High School Diploma Or Equivalent: A Pharmacy Technician Ft At Kindred Healthcare Should Have A Minimum Of A High School Diploma Or Equivalent Education.
Certification Or License: The Candidate Should Hold A Valid Pharmacy Technician Certification Or License From An Accredited Program Or State Board.
Previous Experience: A Minimum Of 1-3 Years Of Experience Working As A Pharmacy Technician In A Retail Or Hospital Setting Is Preferred.
Knowledge Of Pharmacy Operations: The Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Pharmacy Operations, Including Understanding Of Medication Storage, Inventory Management, And Compounding Processes.
Attention To Detail: A Pharmacy Technician Ft At Kindred Healthcare Should Have Strong Attention To Detail To Ensure Accuracy In Medication Preparation And Dispensing, As Well As Proper Documentation And Record-Keeping.
