  1. Greet and welcome patients and their families in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Act as a liaison between patients, families, and healthcare staff to address any concerns or issues.
  3. Listen attentively to patient and family concerns and provide compassionate and empathetic support.
  4. Maintain a positive and welcoming environment for all patients and their families.
  5. Collaborate with healthcare staff to ensure timely and effective resolution of patient concerns.
  6. Communicate effectively with patients and families to keep them informed about their care and any changes or updates.
  7. Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the overall patient experience.
  8. Act as a resource for patients and families by providing information and addressing any questions or concerns.
  9. Document and report any patient or family feedback to appropriate healthcare staff.
  10. Follow up with patients and families to ensure their satisfaction and address any ongoing concerns.
  11. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all patient privacy regulations.
  12. Attend training and educational sessions to stay updated on policies, procedures, and best practices.
  13. Collaborate with other patient relations representatives to continuously improve and enhance the patient experience.
  14. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless and positive patient experience.
  15. Provide support and assistance to patients and families during difficult or emotional situations.
  16. Maintain a professional and positive attitude at all times.
  17. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and standards of behavior.
  18. Display a strong commitment to patient satisfaction and continuously strive to improve the patient experience.
  19. Act as a role model for excellent customer service and patient-centered care.
