- Participate in patient and family education programs to promote understanding and empowerment.
- Provide resources and referrals to patients and families for additional support and services.

Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Social Work, Or A Related Field.
Previous Experience In Patient Advocacy Or Customer Service In A Healthcare Setting.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Rapport With Patients And Families.
Knowledge Of Healthcare Regulations And Policies, Including Hipaa And Patient Rights.
