Patient Access Representative - Digestive Disorders

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Patient Access Representative - Digestive Disorders to join the team at Kindred Healthcare. 5. Verify patient insurance coverage and provide information regarding financial obligations.
6. Respond to patient inquiries and provide assistance with any questions or concerns.
7. Maintain a friendly and helpful demeanor at all times.
8. Monitor and track patient progress and follow up with patients as needed.
9. Communicate with healthcare providers and other staff members as needed.
10. Stay up to date on changes to healthcare regulations and policies.
