  1. Oversee the daily operations of the nursing department to ensure efficient and effective delivery of care.
  2. Monitor and maintain staffing levels to ensure adequate coverage and appropriate utilization of resources.
  3. Provide guidance and support to nursing staff, including training, coaching, and performance evaluations.
  4. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
  5. Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards.
  6. Monitor patient care activities to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
  7. Serve as a role model for nursing staff by demonstrating compassionate and professional behavior.
  8. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and other administrative tasks.

  11. Act as a liaison between nursing staff, patients, and families to address any concerns or issues.
  12. Keep abreast of industry developments and best practices to continuously improve the quality of care provided.
  13. Assist with the recruitment and retention of nursing staff to maintain a strong and competent team.
  14. Adhere to budgetary guidelines and manage resources effectively.
  15. Uphold the values and mission of the healthcare organization in all interactions and decisions.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Nursing Or Related Field

  • Valid Rn License In The State Of Employment

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In A Supervisory Role In A Healthcare Setting

  • Knowledge Of Federal, State, And Local Regulations Related To Healthcare And Nursing Practice

  • Strong Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage A Team And Collaborate With Other Healthcare Professionals.
