  1. Oversee and supervise the nursing staff to ensure efficient and effective patient care.
  2. Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to nursing staff to promote professional growth and development.
  3. Develop and implement nursing policies, procedures, and protocols to maintain high standards of patient care.
  4. Monitor and evaluate the performance of nursing staff, providing regular feedback and addressing any areas of improvement.
  5. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and ensure a multidisciplinary approach.
  6. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards, including safety and infection control protocols.
  7. Manage and maintain staffing levels to ensure adequate coverage and appropriate patient-to-staff ratios.
  8. Conduct regular rounds and audits to assess the quality of care being provided and identify any areas for improvement.
  9. Handle and resolve any patient or family concerns or complaints in a timely and compassionate manner.
  10. Participate in the hiring and onboarding process for new nursing staff members.
  11. Develop and maintain positive relationships with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
  12. Stay updated on current healthcare trends, advancements, and best practices to continuously improve patient care.
  13. Serve as a role model and leader, promoting a positive work culture and fostering teamwork and collaboration among staff members.
  14. Communicate effectively with all levels of staff, including physicians, nurses, and administrative personnel.
  15. Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient care and staff performance.

Job Qualifications
  • Valid Rn License In The State Of Employment.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Nursing Experience, With At Least 2 Years In A Supervisory Or Leadership Role.

  • Bachelors Or Master's Degree In Nursing Or Related Field.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Lead And Manage A Team.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Nursing Practices, Regulations, And Standards Of Care, With A Commitment To Upholding High-Quality Patient Care.
