
Nursing Supervisor RN

- Oversee and supervise the nursing staff to ensure efficient and effective patient care.
- Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to nursing staff to promote professional growth and development.
- Develop and implement nursing policies, procedures, and protocols to maintain high standards of patient care.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of nursing staff, providing regular feedback and addressing any areas of improvement.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and ensure a multidisciplinary approach.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards, including safety and infection control protocols.
- Manage and maintain staffing levels to ensure adequate coverage and appropriate patient-to-staff ratios.
- Conduct regular rounds and audits to assess the quality of care being provided and identify any areas for improvement.
- Handle and resolve any patient or family concerns or complaints in a timely and compassionate manner.
- Participate in the hiring and onboarding process for new nursing staff members.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
- Stay updated on current healthcare trends, advancements, and best practices to continuously improve patient care.
- Serve as a role model and leader, promoting a positive work culture and fostering teamwork and collaboration among staff members.
- Communicate effectively with all levels of staff, including physicians, nurses, and administrative personnel.
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient care and staff performance.
Valid Rn License In The State Of Employment.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Nursing Experience, With At Least 2 Years In A Supervisory Or Leadership Role.
Bachelors Or Master's Degree In Nursing Or Related Field.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Lead And Manage A Team.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Nursing Practices, Regulations, And Standards Of Care, With A Commitment To Upholding High-Quality Patient Care.
