Job Qualifications
  • Certified Nursing Assistant (Cna) Certification: The Ideal Candidate Should Hold A Valid Cna Certification From An Accredited Program.

  • Previous Experience In A Healthcare Setting: A Minimum Of 1-2 Years Of Experience Working As A Nursing Assistant In A Healthcare Setting, Preferably In A Nursing Home Or Long-Term Care Facility.

  • Ability To Work Nights: The Candidate Should Be Available To Work Full-Time Night Shifts, Including Weekends And Holidays.

  • Compassionate And Empathetic: A Strong Desire To Help And Care For Others, With A Compassionate And Empathetic Demeanor Towards Patients And Their Families.

  • Strong Communication And Teamwork Skills: Excellent Communication Skills, Both Verbal And Written, And The Ability To Work Well In A Team Environment With Other Healthcare Professionals.
