  1. Conduct laboratory tests and procedures accurately and efficiently to aid in the diagnosis and treatment of patients.
  2. Ensure all laboratory equipment is properly maintained and calibrated for accurate results.
  3. Follow established protocols and safety standards for handling and disposing of specimens and hazardous materials.
  4. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all laboratory tests and results.
  5. Communicate any abnormal or critical results to the appropriate healthcare providers.
  6. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure timely and accurate delivery of test results.
  7. Stay current with new technology, procedures, and techniques in the field of Medical Technology.
  8. Adhere to regulatory and compliance standards in all laboratory practices.
  9. Train and mentor new staff members on laboratory procedures and protocols.
  10. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  11. Participate in quality control and quality assurance processes.
  12. Provide exceptional customer service to patients, healthcare providers, and other team members.
  13. Demonstrate a positive and professional attitude at all times.
  14. Prioritize and manage workload to meet deadlines and ensure timely delivery of results.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Medical Laboratory Science Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Clinical Laboratory Setting.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively In A Team Environment.

  • Certification As A Medical Technologist (Mt) Or Medical Laboratory Scientist (Mls) From Ascp Or Equivalent.

  • Knowledge Of Laboratory Regulations And Proficiency In Performing A Variety Of Tests And Procedures.
