  1. Maintain accurate inventory levels of supplies and equipment, including tracking usage and ordering replenishments as needed.
  2. Collaborate with various departments to identify and fulfill supply needs.
  3. Receive and inspect incoming shipments to ensure accuracy and quality of items.
  4. Properly store and distribute supplies and equipment to designated areas.
  5. Monitor and control supply costs, identifying opportunities for cost savings.
  6. Maintain organized and efficient storage areas for supplies and equipment.
  7. Assist with identifying and resolving supply or equipment shortages or issues.
  8. Communicate effectively with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders.
  9. Keep detailed and accurate records of inventory levels and supply usage.
  10. Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols when handling supplies and equipment.
  11. Participate in departmental meetings and provide input on supply needs and concerns.
  12. Train and educate staff on proper supply usage and ordering procedures.
  13. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in supply management.
  14. Collaborate with finance department to ensure accurate billing and payment for supplies and equipment.
