- Develop and oversee the implementation of payroll systems, processes, and procedures.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll for all employees.
- Monitor and analyze payroll data to identify and resolve any discrepancies or issues.
- Stay updated on relevant payroll laws, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance.
- Collaborate with HR and finance departments to ensure alignment and accuracy of payroll information.
- Train and mentor payroll staff on processes and procedures to ensure efficient and accurate payroll processing.
- Prepare and present reports on payroll data and trends to senior management.
- Work closely with IT department to troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to payroll systems.
- Communicate with employees regarding payroll inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
- Manage payroll projects and initiatives, ensuring deadlines are met and goals are achieved.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements to increase efficiency and accuracy.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of payroll information.

Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration Or Related Field
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Payroll Management Or Related Field
Strong Knowledge Of Payroll Laws And Regulations
Experience With Payroll Software And Systems Such As Adp Or Workday
