Active Lvn License In The State Of Operation: A Qualified Candidate For A Lvn Position At Kindred Healthcare Must Possess A Valid And Active License To Practice As A Lvn In The State Where The Facility Is Located.
Completion Of An Accredited Lvn Program: Kindred Healthcare Requires Candidates To Have Completed An Accredited Lvn Program And Possess A Diploma, Certificate Or Degree In Practical Nursing.
Minimum Of 1 Year Of Clinical Experience: To Be Considered For A Lvn Position At Kindred Healthcare, Candidates Must Have A Minimum Of 1 Year Of Experience Working As A Lvn In A Clinical Setting, Preferably In A Long-Term Care Or Skilled Nursing Facility.
Basic Life Support (Bls) Certification: Kindred Healthcare Requires All Lvns To Have Current Bls Certification Through The American Heart Association Or Red Cross. This Ensures That Candidates Are Trained In Basic Life-Saving Techniques In Case Of An Emergency.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As A Lvn At Kindred Healthcare, It Is Essential To Have Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Interact With Patients, Families, And Other Healthcare Professionals. This Includes The Ability To Communicate Effectively Both Verbally And In Writing, As Well As The Ability To Work In A Team Environment.
