Valid Lpn License: The Candidate Must Possess A Valid License As A Licensed Practical Nurse In The State Where The Job Is Located.
Previous Experience In Long-Term Care: Candidates Should Have At Least 1-2 Years Of Experience Working In A Long-Term Care Setting, Preferably In A Skilled Nursing Facility.
Strong Clinical Skills: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Nursing Principles, Procedures, And Protocols, As Well As The Ability To Provide Quality Patient Care.
Excellent Communication Skills: Lpns Must Have Excellent Communication Skills In Order To Effectively Communicate With Patients, Families, And Other Healthcare Professionals.
Ability To Work Independently: Lpns At Kindred Healthcare Are Expected To Be Self-Motivated And Able To Work Independently, As Well As Part Of A Multidisciplinary Team. They Should Be Able To Prioritize And Manage Their Workload Efficiently.
