We are currently seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in the Intensive Care Unit and High Acuity Unit. As an RN in our ICU/HAU, you will play a vital role in the critical care of our patients and work alongside a multidisciplinary team to deliver the highest level of care.   1. Provide exceptional care to patients in the Intensive Care Unit and High Acuity Unit.
  2. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
  3. Monitor and assess patients' conditions, and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate healthcare providers.
  4. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  5. Perform and document accurate and thorough patient assessments, including vital signs and medical history.
  6. Monitor and maintain patient charts and records, ensuring timely and accurate documentation.
  7. Educate patients and their families on their conditions, treatments, and self-care techniques.
  8. Respond to emergency situations and provide critical care interventions as needed.
  9. Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure patient safety and quality of care.
  10. Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote infection control and patient safety.
  11. Participate in staff meetings, trainings, and continuing education opportunities to stay current with best practices and new developments in critical care.
  12. Serve as a patient advocate and maintain confidentiality of patient information.
  13. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure the best possible outcomes.
  14. Demonstrate compassion, empathy, and a positive attitude towards patients, families, and colleagues.
  15. Adhere to ethical and legal standards of nursing practice.

Job Qualifications
  • Current Rn Licensure And Bls Certification.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In Critical Care Or High Acuity Unit.

  • Advanced Knowledge And Skills In Hemodynamic Monitoring, Ventilator Management, And Other Critical Care Interventions.

  • Strong Assessment And Critical Thinking Skills, With The Ability To Prioritize And Make Quick Decisions In High-Stress Situations.

  • Experience With Electronic Medical Records And Proficiency In Using Technology For Patient Care.
