  1. Develop and implement HR strategies and policies in alignment with the company's mission and goals.
  2. Oversee the recruitment and selection process, ensuring that we attract and hire top talent.
  3. Create and maintain job descriptions and job postings that accurately reflect the needs and expectations of the organization.
  4. Conduct effective and efficient onboarding processes for new employees.
  5. Develop and maintain effective relationships with external recruitment agencies, job fairs, and other talent sourcing channels.
  6. Develop and implement employee retention strategies to ensure a positive work culture and high employee satisfaction.
  7. Oversee and manage performance evaluation processes, providing guidance and coaching to managers on performance management.
  8. Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to employment laws, including equal employment opportunity (EEO) and affirmative action (AA).
  9. Manage employee relations issues and provide guidance to managers on handling employee concerns and conflicts.
  10. Develop and maintain HR metrics and analytics to track and measure the success of HR initiatives and programs.
  11. Collaborate with managers to identify training and development needs and develop training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  12. Manage and administer employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
  13. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and ensure confidentiality and security of all HR information.
  14. Stay informed and up-to-date on HR industry trends and best practices, and make recommendations for improvement and innovation.
  15. Serve as a resource and advisor to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and practices.
  16. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that aligns with the company's values and promotes diversity and inclusion.
  17. Lead and manage a team of HR professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and performance management.
  18. Collaborate with other departments to ensure cross-functional support and alignment on HR initiatives and goals.
  19. Continuously evaluate and improve HR processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills.
