- Develop and implement HR strategies and policies in alignment with the company's mission and goals.
- Oversee the recruitment and selection process, ensuring that we attract and hire top talent.
- Create and maintain job descriptions and job postings that accurately reflect the needs and expectations of the organization.
- Conduct effective and efficient onboarding processes for new employees.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with external recruitment agencies, job fairs, and other talent sourcing channels.
- Develop and implement employee retention strategies to ensure a positive work culture and high employee satisfaction.
- Oversee and manage performance evaluation processes, providing guidance and coaching to managers on performance management.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to employment laws, including equal employment opportunity (EEO) and affirmative action (AA).
- Manage employee relations issues and provide guidance to managers on handling employee concerns and conflicts.
- Develop and maintain HR metrics and analytics to track and measure the success of HR initiatives and programs.
- Collaborate with managers to identify training and development needs and develop training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Manage and administer employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and ensure confidentiality and security of all HR information.
- Stay informed and up-to-date on HR industry trends and best practices, and make recommendations for improvement and innovation.
- Serve as a resource and advisor to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and practices.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that aligns with the company's values and promotes diversity and inclusion.
- Lead and manage a team of HR professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and performance management.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure cross-functional support and alignment on HR initiatives and goals.
- Continuously evaluate and improve HR processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Bachelor's Degree In Human Resource Management Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Hr Management, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.
