
Environmental Services Aide EVS - full time 3pm

As an Environmental Services Aide (EVS), you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of our facilities. We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a full-time EVS Aide for the 3pm shift. - Maintain cleanliness of patient rooms, common areas, and other designated areas in accordance with established standards and procedures.
- Perform routine tasks such as dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and emptying trash to keep the facility clean and organized.
- Disinfect and sanitize all surfaces, including high-touch areas, to prevent the spread of infection and promote a safe environment for patients and staff.
- Stock and replenish supplies in patient rooms and common areas as needed.
- Follow established safety protocols and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) to ensure a safe working environment.
- Report any maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate department or supervisor.
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of patient rooms as needed.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely completion of tasks and efficient use of resources.
- Communicate with patients and their families in a friendly and professional manner, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to infection control, safety, and confidentiality.
- Attend and actively participate in training and meetings related to environmental services and patient care.
- Maintain a positive and respectful attitude towards patients, their families, and fellow employees.
- Keep accurate records of cleaning tasks completed and report any issues or concerns to the appropriate supervisor.

High School Diploma Or Equivalent: A Minimum Educational Requirement For This Position Is A High School Diploma Or Equivalent. This Ensures That The Candidate Has A Basic Understanding Of Academic Concepts And Can Effectively Communicate And Follow Instructions.
