  1. Develop and implement educational programs that align with organizational goals and objectives.
  2. Conduct needs assessments to identify areas for employee development.
  3. Collaborate with various departments to understand their training needs and create targeted programs.
  4. Create and deliver engaging and effective training materials, including presentations, manuals, and online courses.
  5. Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements in all training programs.
  6. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments.
  7. Provide leadership and guidance to a team of educators and trainers.
  8. Work closely with HR to identify and address performance gaps through training and development.
  9. Stay current on industry trends and best practices in healthcare education and training.
  10. Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization.
  11. Maintain accurate records and reports of training activities and employee progress.
  12. Collaborate with external resources and vendors to enhance training offerings.
  13. Communicate and promote the value and importance of education and training to all employees.
  14. Develop and manage the education budget.
  15. Act as a role model for continuous learning and development, and demonstrate a commitment to improving the lives of others through education.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Education, Business Administration, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Education Management Or Related Field.

  • Strong Understanding Of Teaching And Learning Theories, Curriculum Development, And Instructional Design.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With A Diverse Group Of Stakeholders.

  • Experience In Budget Management And Strategic Planning, With A Track Record Of Achieving Organizational Goals And Meeting Key Performance Indicators.
