- Develop and implement educational programs for employees that align with the organization's mission and goals.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify training needs and develop relevant curriculum and materials.
- Conduct regular assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of educational programs and make necessary improvements.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in education to continuously improve program offerings.
- Manage and oversee the training and development budget to ensure resources are utilized efficiently.
- Coordinate and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and other educational events.
- Monitor employee progress and provide support and guidance as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of training and development activities and employee progress.
- Collaborate with HR and department managers to identify and address performance gaps and training needs.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external education and training providers.
- Act as a subject matter expert in education and training for the organization.
- Communicate effectively with employees at all levels to promote engagement and participation in educational programs.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies related to education and training.
- Act as a role model for continuous learning and professional development.
- Participate in strategic planning and contribute to the development of long-term education and training goals for the organization.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Education, Educational Leadership, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Educational Management Or Administration, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.
Knowledge And Understanding Of Educational Best Practices, Curriculum Development, And Instructional Design.
Strong Leadership Skills And Ability To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Team Of Educators.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Build Relationships With Various Stakeholders, Including Staff, Patients, And Families.
