  1. Develop and implement educational programs for employees that align with the organization's mission and goals.
  2. Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify training needs and develop relevant curriculum and materials.
  3. Conduct regular assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of educational programs and make necessary improvements.
  4. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in education to continuously improve program offerings.
  5. Manage and oversee the training and development budget to ensure resources are utilized efficiently.
  6. Coordinate and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and other educational events.
  7. Monitor employee progress and provide support and guidance as needed.
  8. Maintain accurate records of training and development activities and employee progress.
  9. Collaborate with HR and department managers to identify and address performance gaps and training needs.
  10. Develop and maintain relationships with external education and training providers.
  11. Act as a subject matter expert in education and training for the organization.
  12. Communicate effectively with employees at all levels to promote engagement and participation in educational programs.
  13. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies related to education and training.
  14. Act as a role model for continuous learning and professional development.
  15. Participate in strategic planning and contribute to the development of long-term education and training goals for the organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Education, Educational Leadership, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Educational Management Or Administration, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.

  • Knowledge And Understanding Of Educational Best Practices, Curriculum Development, And Instructional Design.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And Ability To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Team Of Educators.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Build Relationships With Various Stakeholders, Including Staff, Patients, And Families.
