  1. Develop and implement educational programs for employees that align with the goals and mission of Kindred Healthcare.
  2. Ensure that all education programs are in compliance with industry regulations and standards.
  3. Collaborate with various departments and teams to identify training needs and develop customized programs to address those needs.
  4. Oversee the creation and maintenance of training materials, including manuals, videos, and presentations.
  5. Evaluate the effectiveness of education programs through assessment tools and feedback from employees.
  6. Continuously monitor industry trends and advancements to ensure that education programs are up-to-date and relevant.
  7. Manage the budget and resources for the education department.
  8. Provide leadership and mentorship to education staff, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.
  9. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and educational institutions to enhance the education programs offered by Kindred Healthcare.
  10. Serve as a subject matter expert in healthcare education, providing guidance and support to employees and leadership.
  11. Develop and implement strategies to promote a culture of ongoing education and professional development within the organization.
  12. Collaborate with HR and talent acquisition teams to ensure that new employees receive comprehensive education and training during onboarding.
  13. Communicate regularly with leadership and stakeholders to provide updates on education programs and address any concerns or issues.
  14. Participate in strategic planning and contribute to the development of long-term education goals and initiatives for the organization.
  15. Act as a role model for the values and principles of Kindred Healthcare, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Education, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Educational Leadership, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.

  • Strong Understanding Of Curriculum Development And Implementation, As Well As Educational Best Practices.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Team Members And Stakeholders.

  • Proven Track Record Of Managing And Developing Education Programs, Including Budgeting And Resource Allocation.
