  1. Develop and implement educational programs for employees to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide high-quality care to patients.
  2. Lead and supervise a team of educators and trainers to ensure effective delivery of educational programs.
  3. Collaborate with the human resources department to identify training and development needs for employees.
  4. Conduct needs assessments and create training plans to address any knowledge or skill gaps.
  5. Continuously evaluate and update existing educational programs to ensure they are up-to-date and relevant.
  6. Monitor and track employee participation and progress in educational programs.
  7. Provide guidance and support to employees seeking further education or professional development opportunities.
  8. Establish and maintain relationships with external educational institutions and organizations to facilitate employee development.
  9. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in education and training.
  10. Represent the organization at conferences, seminars, and other events related to education and training.
  11. Collaborate with other departments to identify and address training needs specific to their roles and responsibilities.
  12. Develop and manage the education budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
  13. Monitor and maintain compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements related to employee education and training.
  14. Serve as a role model and advocate for the organization's mission and values.
  15. Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of educational programs and make recommendations for improvement.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Education, Educational Leadership, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Educational Administration, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And Proven Ability To Manage And Mentor A Team.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Educational Theories, Curriculum Development, And Instructional Design.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Other Departments And External Stakeholders.
