- Develop and implement educational programs for employees to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide high-quality care to patients.
- Lead and supervise a team of educators and trainers to ensure effective delivery of educational programs.
- Collaborate with the human resources department to identify training and development needs for employees.
- Conduct needs assessments and create training plans to address any knowledge or skill gaps.
- Continuously evaluate and update existing educational programs to ensure they are up-to-date and relevant.
- Monitor and track employee participation and progress in educational programs.
- Provide guidance and support to employees seeking further education or professional development opportunities.
- Establish and maintain relationships with external educational institutions and organizations to facilitate employee development.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in education and training.
- Represent the organization at conferences, seminars, and other events related to education and training.
- Collaborate with other departments to identify and address training needs specific to their roles and responsibilities.
- Develop and manage the education budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
- Monitor and maintain compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements related to employee education and training.
- Serve as a role model and advocate for the organization's mission and values.
- Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of educational programs and make recommendations for improvement.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Education, Educational Leadership, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Educational Administration, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.
Strong Leadership Skills And Proven Ability To Manage And Mentor A Team.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Educational Theories, Curriculum Development, And Instructional Design.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Other Departments And External Stakeholders.
