1. Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives across all facilities within the organization.
2. Monitor and analyze quality metrics and outcomes to identify areas for improvement.
3. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards.
4. Collaborate with facility leadership to develop and maintain quality improvement plans.
5. Provide guidance and support to facility staff in implementing quality improvement initiatives.
6. Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure adherence to quality standards.
7. Lead and facilitate quality improvement committees and meetings.
8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in quality management.
9. Develop and maintain relationships with external agencies and organizations to share best practices and benchmarking data.
10. Provide training and education to staff on quality improvement and patient safety.
11. Monitor and respond to patient satisfaction surveys and feedback.
12. Develop and maintain quality and compliance policies and procedures.
13. Collaborate with other departments, such as risk management and clinical operations, to ensure a comprehensive approach to quality improvement.
