  1. Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and increase brand awareness for Kindred Healthcare.
  2. Create and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including physicians, hospitals, and other healthcare providers.
  3. Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships to expand Kindred Healthcare's reach and services.
  4. Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams to develop marketing materials and campaigns to promote Kindred Healthcare's services.
  6. Monitor and analyze market and competitor activity to inform business development strategies.
  7. Represent Kindred Healthcare at industry events and conferences to network and promote the organization.
  8. Provide leadership and direction to the business development and marketing team, setting goals and ensuring their success.
  9. Develop and manage budgets for business development and marketing initiatives.
  10. Keep abreast of industry developments and changes in healthcare policies and regulations to ensure compliance and inform business strategies.
  11. Communicate regularly with senior leadership to report on business development and marketing efforts and provide recommendations for improvement.
  12. Act as a brand ambassador for Kindred Healthcare, promoting the organization's values and mission.
  13. Maintain a high level of professionalism and ethical standards in all business development and marketing activities.
