  1. Dispensing Medications: As a Clinical Staff Pharmacist, your primary responsibility will be to dispense medications to our patients accurately and efficiently.
  2. Medication Management: You will be responsible for managing all aspects of medication therapy, including reviewing prescriptions, verifying dosages, and providing drug information to healthcare providers and patients.
  3. Patient Safety: Ensuring patient safety is of utmost importance in this role. You will be responsible for identifying and preventing potential medication errors, adverse drug reactions, and drug interactions.
  4. Collaborating with Healthcare Team: You will work closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop an individualized medication plan for each patient, taking into account their medical history and current treatment regimen.
  5. Clinical Expertise: As a Clinical Staff Pharmacist, you will use your extensive knowledge of pharmacology and medication therapy to provide clinical support and guidance to the healthcare team.
  6. Quality Assurance: You will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety in medication dispensing and management, following all applicable laws, regulations, and policies.
  7. Patient Education: In addition to providing medication therapy management, you will also be responsible for educating patients and their families on proper medication use, potential side effects, and drug interactions.
  8. Documentation: Accurate and timely documentation of medication therapy and patient interactions is a crucial responsibility for this role.
  9. Continuous Learning: As a Clinical Staff Pharmacist, you will be expected to stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the field of pharmacy and participate in ongoing education and training opportunities.

Job Qualifications
  • Doctor Of Pharmacy (Pharmd) Degree From An Accredited Pharmacy School

  • Current And Active Pharmacist License In The State Of Employment

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience As A Licensed Pharmacist In A Clinical Setting

  • Knowledge Of Pharmaceutical And Clinical Practices, Including Drug Therapy And Pharmacokinetics

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Collaborate With Healthcare Team Members And Patients
