
Clinical Staff Pharmacist

Doctor Of Pharmacy (Pharmd) Degree From An Accredited Pharmacy School
Current And Active Pharmacist License In The State Of Employment
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience As A Licensed Pharmacist In A Clinical Setting
Knowledge Of Pharmaceutical And Clinical Practices, Including Drug Therapy And Pharmacokinetics
