  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers in the community to increase referrals and drive business growth.
  2. Conduct presentations and meetings with potential referral sources to effectively communicate the benefits of our services and build partnerships.
  3. Utilize clinical knowledge and understanding of healthcare industry trends to identify potential referral sources and target marketing efforts.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement strategies for increasing patient census and meeting sales goals.
  5. Stay updated on changes and developments in the healthcare industry that may impact the services we offer and our referral sources.
  6. Follow up with potential referral sources to address any questions or concerns and provide additional information as needed.
  7. Represent the organization at industry events and conferences to promote our services and build brand awareness.
  8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and progress in CRM system.
  9. Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to develop and distribute marketing materials to support sales efforts.
  10. Act as a liaison between healthcare providers and our organization to facilitate smooth transitions of care for patients.
  11. Provide ongoing education and training to referral sources on our services, programs, and initiatives.
  12. Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality, compassionate care to patients.
  13. Continuously strive to meet and exceed sales goals and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
  14. Adhere to all ethical and legal standards in sales and marketing practices.
  15. Act as a positive representative of the organization and promote a positive image of our services in the community.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field, Such As Healthcare Administration Or Business.

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Sales Experience In The Healthcare Industry, Preferably In A Clinical Setting.
