Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Clinical Liaison at Kindred Healthcare. In this role, you will serve as a vital link between our healthcare facility and the community, building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders to promote our services and provide necessary support to patients and their families.   1. Establish and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders in the community, including physicians, case managers, social workers, and other healthcare professionals.
  2. Serve as a knowledgeable resource for patients, families, and healthcare providers regarding the services and programs offered by our facility.
  3. Conduct regular outreach efforts to promote our services and educate the community about our facility's capabilities and specialties.
  4. Collaborate with clinical teams to identify potential patients and facilitate the referral process.
  5. Educate patients and families about the benefits and options of our facility, including insurance coverage and treatment plans.
  6. Provide support and guidance to patients and families throughout the admission process, ensuring a smooth transition to our facility.
  7. Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure proper coordination of patient care and a seamless experience for patients and families.
  8. Monitor and report on market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  9. Maintain accurate records of outreach efforts, referrals, and other relevant information to track progress and measure success.
  10. Act as an advocate for patients and families, ensuring their needs are met and their voices are heard within our facility.
  11. Keep abreast of industry developments and changes in healthcare policies and regulations to ensure compliance and provide guidance to stakeholders.
  12. Represent our facility at community events, conferences, and other networking opportunities to promote our services and build relationships.
  13. Continuously assess and improve upon outreach strategies to maximize the impact and effectiveness of our efforts.
  14. Demonstrate a commitment to providing compassionate, high-quality care to patients and families at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree In Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Healthcare Sales And/Or Marketing

  • Knowledge Of Medicare And Medicaid Regulations And Reimbursement Processes
