Job Qualifications
  • High School Diploma Or Equivalent - A Minimum Education Requirement To Be Considered For The Position.

  • Completion Of A Clinical Laboratory Assistant Program - This Specialized Training Provides The Necessary Knowledge And Skills To Perform Laboratory Tests And Procedures Accurately.

  • Certification As A Clinical Laboratory Assistant (Cla) - Certification Demonstrates A Level Of Competency And Commitment To The Field.

  • Previous Experience In A Clinical Laboratory Setting - Prior Experience In A Similar Role Helps To Ensure Familiarity With Laboratory Equipment And Procedures.

  • Strong Communication And Organizational Skills - As A Prn Position, The Clinical Lab Assistant Must Be Able To Effectively Communicate And Collaborate With Other Team Members And Manage Their Workload Efficiently.
