  2. Collaborate with a team of therapists and healthcare professionals to develop treatment plans and goals for patients.
  3. Utilize your skills and knowledge as a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant to help patients achieve their full potential.
  4. Maintain accurate and updated patient records and documentation.
  5. Communicate effectively with patients, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
  6. Monitor and evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
  7. Adhere to best practices and ethical standards in occupational therapy.
  8. Maintain a compassionate and patient-focused approach in all interactions with patients.
  9. Stay up-to-date with latest advancements and techniques in occupational therapy.
  10. Educate patients and their families on therapy techniques and strategies for at-home care.
  11. Work with patients of all ages and backgrounds, adapting treatment plans to meet individual needs.
  12. Comply with all organizational policies and procedures.
  13. Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
  14. Attend and participate in team meetings and training sessions.
  15. Uphold a positive and professional image of the organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Associate's Degree In Occupational Therapy Assistant Program From An Accredited Institution.

  • Certification From The National Board For Certification In Occupational Therapy (Nbcot).

  • Minimum Of 1 Year Of Clinical Experience In An Occupational Therapy Setting.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Collaborate With Patients, Caregivers, And Other Healthcare Professionals.

  • Knowledge And Understanding Of Current Occupational Therapy Practices And Techniques, Including Experience With Electronic Documentation Systems.
