Completion Of A State-Approved Cna Training Program: A Certified Nursing Assistant Must Have Completed A State-Approved Training Program That Covers Essential Skills And Knowledge Required For The Job. This Ensures That The Cna Has A Solid Foundation And Is Equipped To Provide Quality Care To Patients.
Current Certification: A Cna Must Hold A Current And Valid Certification From The State In Which They Will Be Working. This Certification Is Obtained After Completing The Training Program And Passing A Competency Exam.
