Provide direct patient care: As a Certified Nursing Assistant, your primary responsibility will be to provide direct care to patients, including assisting with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and eating.   5. Support the nursing staff: As a vital member of our healthcare team, you will work closely with the nursing staff to provide the best possible care for our patients. This may include assisting with tasks such as changing dressings, transferring patients, and helping with procedures.
  6. Document patient information: Accurate and thorough documentation is crucial in healthcare. You will be responsible for documenting patient information, including vital signs, care provided, and any changes in the patient's condition.
  7. Maintain patient confidentiality: Patient privacy is of the utmost importance. You will be responsible for maintaining patient confidentiality at all times and following HIPAA guidelines.
  8. Attend and participate in meetings: As a CNA, you will be expected to attend and actively participate in team meetings, providing input and updates on patient care and any concerns or suggestions.
