Job Qualifications
  • Completion Of An Accredited Cna Training Program: Candidates For A Cna Position At Kindred Healthcare Must Have Completed An Accredited Training Program And Received A Certificate Or License As A Certified Nursing Assistant.

  • Current Certification And Registration: A Cna Must Hold A Current Certification And Must Be Registered With The State's Nursing Board. This Ensures That The Candidate Meets The Necessary Education And Training Requirements To Provide Safe And Effective Care To Patients.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills: A Cna At Kindred Healthcare Must Possess Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Interact With Patients, Their Families, And Other Healthcare Professionals.

  • Compassionate And Patient-Centered Approach: Kindred Healthcare Places A Strong Emphasis On Providing Patient-Centered Care. A Cna Must Have A Compassionate And Empathetic Attitude Towards Patients And Be Able To Provide Care That Meets Their Individual Needs.
