- Develop and implement effective cash management strategies and policies to ensure the financial stability and growth of the organization.
- Oversee the day-to-day cash management operations, including cash flow forecasting, monitoring bank account balances, and managing relationships with financial institutions.
- Analyze financial data and provide insights and recommendations to senior management to improve cash flow and optimize cash management processes.
- Lead a team of finance professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations to ensure the team's success.
- Monitor and analyze market trends and economic conditions to identify potential risks and opportunities for the organization's cash management.
- Collaborate with various departments, including accounting, treasury, and budgeting, to ensure alignment in cash management strategies and goals.
- Prepare and present cash management reports and presentations to senior management and stakeholders, providing updates on cash flow performance and any potential risks or opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners, including banks, auditors, and financial advisors.
- Stay current on industry developments, regulations, and best practices related to cash management, and make recommendations for process improvements and compliance.
- Take ownership of the organization's cash management systems and processes, ensuring they are efficient, accurate, and compliant with relevant laws and regulations.
Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Cash Management And Treasury Operations.
Strong Knowledge Of Financial Planning, Budgeting, And Forecasting.
Experience In Managing And Developing Investment Strategies.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.
