Job Description

At Kindred Healthcare, we are looking for a passionate Call Center Representative to join our team! This individual should have a friendly and customer-oriented approach, excellent communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to stay calm under pressure. The successful candidate should have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least two years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment. Our ideal Call Center Representative must be reliable, organized, and able to remain professional and patient while interacting with our customers. If you have a passion for customer service and thrive in a team environment, we would love to have you on board!

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide excellent customer service by responding to incoming customer inquiries in a prompt, courteous, and professional manner.
  2. Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues quickly and professionally.
  3. Remain up-to-date on company products, services, and policies to answer customer questions accurately.
  4. Collect customer information and enter it into the appropriate database.
  5. Track customer interactions and follow up as necessary.
  6. Adhere to all established company policies and procedures.
  7. Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor while interacting with customers.
  8. Monitor customer feedback and report any issues or trends to the Call Center Manager.
  9. Ensure customer confidentiality and maintain all records in accordance with company standards.
