
Call Center Representative
At Kindred Healthcare, we are looking for a passionate Call Center Representative to join our team! This individual should have a friendly and customer-oriented approach, excellent communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to stay calm under pressure. The successful candidate should have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least two years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment. Our ideal Call Center Representative must be reliable, organized, and able to remain professional and patient while interacting with our customers. Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to incoming customer inquiries in a prompt, courteous, and professional manner.
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues quickly and professionally.
- Remain up-to-date on company products, services, and policies to answer customer questions accurately.
- Collect customer information and enter it into the appropriate database.
- Track customer interactions and follow up as necessary.
- Adhere to all established company policies and procedures.
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor while interacting with customers.
- Monitor customer feedback and report any issues or trends to the Call Center Manager.
- Ensure customer confidentiality and maintain all records in accordance with company standards.
