We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nursing Supervisor to join our team at ARU (Acute Rehabilitation Unit) in a full-time role.   1. Develop and maintain a positive and welcoming environment for patients and their families by providing exceptional customer service.
  2. Oversee and coordinate the daily operations of the Acute Rehabilitation Unit (ARU) to ensure efficient and effective delivery of care.
  3. Lead and support a team of nurses, providing guidance, training, and mentorship.
  4. Monitor and evaluate the performance of nursing staff, providing feedback and addressing any areas of improvement.
  5. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans for patients.
  6. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and organizational policies and procedures.
  7. Maintain accurate and complete records of patient care, treatments, and progress.
  8. Participate in the hiring, onboarding, and training of new nursing staff.
  9. Foster a culture of compassion, respect, and collaboration among the nursing team.
  10. Serve as a resource for patients and families, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
  11. Identify and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
  12. Keep up-to-date with advancements and changes in the field of post-acute care and implement best practices.
  13. Manage and allocate resources effectively to ensure optimal patient care.
  14. Communicate regularly with upper management to provide updates on departmental activities and progress.
  15. Participate in performance evaluations and disciplinary actions as needed.

Job Qualifications
  • Current And Active Registered Nurse (Rn) License In The State Of Employment

  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Nursing From An Accredited Institution

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Clinical Experience In A Healthcare Setting, With At Least 1-2 Years In A Supervisory Or Leadership Role

  • Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Nursing Principles, Practices And Standards Of Care

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Lead And Manage A Team Of Nurses And Other Healthcare Professionals.
