  1. Operate and monitor tissue machines to ensure smooth and efficient production of high-quality tissue products.
  2. Conduct routine checks and inspections of machinery to identify and address any potential issues or malfunctions.
  3. Adjust machine settings and parameters as needed to optimize production and quality.
  4. Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, and operational problems that may arise during production.
  5. Collaborate with maintenance and engineering teams to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on machines.
  6. Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your team.
  7. Maintain accurate production records and logs, including machine performance and downtime data.
  8. Monitor and maintain inventory levels of raw materials and finished products to ensure uninterrupted production.
  9. Train and mentor new team members on machine operation and safety procedures.
  10. Continuously seek opportunities to improve and optimize production processes and procedures.

Job Qualifications
  • High School Diploma Or Equivalent: A T1 - Tm - Tissue Machine Operator Should Have A Minimum Of A High School Diploma Or Equivalent. This Will Ensure That The Candidate Has A Basic Understanding Of Mathematics, Reading, And Writing Skills Required For The Job.

  • Experience In Operating Tissue Machines: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience In Operating Tissue Machines. This Will Ensure That They Have A Thorough Understanding Of The Machine's Operation, Troubleshooting Techniques, And Maintenance Procedures.

  • Mechanical Aptitude: A T1 - Tm - Tissue Machine Operator Should Have A Strong Mechanical Aptitude And Be Able To Read And Interpret Technical Manuals And Blueprints. This Will Enable Them To Diagnose And Fix Any Mechanical Issues That May Arise During Operation.

  • Attention To Detail: The Candidate Should Possess A Keen Eye For Detail And Be Able To Detect And Address Any Abnormalities In The Tissue Machine's Performance. This Will Ensure That The End Product Meets The Company's Quality Standards.
