Job Description

At Kimberly-Clark, we are looking for a driven and enthusiastic intern to join our Real Estate Facilities Management team. This internship provides an incredible opportunity to gain valuable knowledge and experience in the field of real estate facilities management. We are seeking a candidate who is interested in exploring the real estate industry and is eager to learn and develop their skills.The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in the real estate industry, excellent communication and organizational skills, and an eagerness to learn and work collaboratively. The successful candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field. Previous experience in a real estate or facilities management setting is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities:

  1. Assisting in the development and implementation of real estate and facilities management strategies.
  2. Participating in the research and analysis of real estate and facilities management data.
  3. Working collaboratively with the Real Estate Facilities Management team to identify and assess potential opportunities and risks.
  4. Assisting in the development and maintenance of real estate and facilities management projects.
  5. Developing and delivering presentations to internal and external stakeholders.
  6. Maintaining and updating records and reports related to the Real Estate Facilities Management team.
  7. Assisting in the negotiation and execution of leases, contracts, and other agreements.
  8. Developing and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  9. Participating in departmental meetings and providing support to the Real Estate Facilities Management team.
  10. Performing other duties as assigned.
